Robert A. Bouroudjian is an associate attorney who joined Cooksey Toolen in 2020, who aims to add to its innovative and winning approach to legal matters. He earned his Bachelors degree in Biology from Indiana University in 2012, and his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 2016, where he attained honors in the school’s intellectual property program as well as becoming an active member of the school's Intellectual Property Law Society and Intellectual Property Fellowship Program. He is licensed to practice in the Superior Court of California and the United States Central District of California.
Mr. Bouroudjian’s practice consists primarily of the defense of clients involved in construction litigation, premises liability, personal injury, mobile home habitability matters, and additional tort defense matters. Prior to joining Cooksey Toolen, Mr. Bouroudjian handled a vast array of litigation and transactional matters from the defense of automobile dealerships, financial institutions, franchisors, fitness centers, and other businesses in contractual, tort, and employment matters, as well as handling transactional trademark applications with certifications with the USPTO.
Outside of Cooksey Toolen, Mr. Bouroudjian is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the California Lawyers Association, the Elite OC Young Professionals Society, and enjoys biking, baseball, football, and ice hockey in his spare time.
