Risk Management

 

 The Church Law and Risk Management Group serves as litigators in the defense of religious organizations and provides on-going support and counsel on issues involving the management of risk.

 

Mr. Toolen also serves as a mediator and arbitrator of disputes for such organizations, and provides training for organizations which have a need for the establishment of in house alternative dispute resolution systems.
