Jennifer H. Wang is a member of the firm’s creditors' rights and bankruptcy team, representing both personal property and real property creditors in federal and state court actions. Ms. Wang has extensive experience in protecting creditors’ rights in the bankruptcy process, including motions for relief from the automatic stay, negotiating adequate protection orders, reaffirmation agreements, plan objections, opposing claim objections, motions to redeem, and motions to avoid lien. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Wang worked in the area of corporate tax law at a Fortune 500 company.
Ms. Wang received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon in 2004, and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, with minors in Asian American Studies and Business Administration Specialization, from the University of California Los Angeles in 2000.
Ms. Wang was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2006. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum. She served as a Board Member of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association in 2007. She is admitted to practice before the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.
