Trust Litigation

Our trust litigation department focuses on litigation in probate courts seeking to enforce or undo terms of trust documents, including will contests, claims against Trustees for breaches of fiduciary duties, accounting matters, and disputes among beneficiaries. At all times, the clients’ best interests are aggressively promoted in order to best preserve and protect trust assets and manage litigation costs. Included in this department are conservatorship and guardianship matters, probate administration and all aspects of trust litigation matters heard in probate court.
