Mr. Randall P. Mroczynski – Partner

Randall P. Mroczynski joined Cooksey, Toolen, Gage, Duffy & Woog in 1994 and became a partner with the firm in 2000. Mr. Mroczynski focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and complex business litigation. Mr. Mroczynski has represented a variety of secured and unsecured creditors in sophisticated Chapter 11 reorganization cases throughout the Western United States and has extensive negotiation, mediation and courtroom experience. Mr. Mroczynski has represented banks, finance companies, real estate lenders, equipment lessors and individuals in State and Federal Courts in a variety of matters including fraudulent conveyance and preference litigation, conversion and fraud cases, lender liability matters, actions for breach of contract, real property litigation cases, foreclosures, receiverships, intellectual property disputes, and federal appeals.

Mr. Mroczynski has extensive experience in obtaining pre-judgment remedies such as temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, attachments, and prejudgment writs of possession, as well as in pursing post-judgment collections remedies. Mr. Mroczynski has lectured extensively on bankruptcy and debt reorganizations.

Mr. Mroczynski received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University in 1985 and his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1991. Mr. Mroczynski was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991 and is a member of the Bars of the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
