Mr. Phil M. Woog – Partner
Phil M. Woog is the manager of the firm’s Construction Defect Department, which specializes in the representation of residential developers and general contractors. Mr. Woog was born in Merced, California on August 3, 1957. He attended the University of Nebraska and, in 1984, received a Bachelor of Political Science degree from California State Fullerton.
