Mr. Phil M. Woog – Partner

Phil M. Woog is the manager of the firm’s Construction Defect Department, which specializes in the representation of residential developers and general contractors. The Construction Defect Department has more than ten litigators, and the firm’s growth in this arena is due, in large part, to the efficient resolution of these complex matters.

Mr. Woog was born in Merced, California on August 3, 1957. He attended the University of Nebraska and, in 1984, received a Bachelor of Political Science degree from California State Fullerton.
