Mr. Patrick J. Duffy – Partner

Patrick J. Duffy represents Fluor Corporation in complex litigation, primarily involving toxic torts, personal injury accident lawsuits, and employment litigation. He has also represented IBM Corporation, Chevron, UNOCAL, and other corporations over the past 37 years.

Mr. Duffy is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and Orange County Bar Association. He has served as Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, and as an instructor at Pepperdine Law School seminars. He has also lectured and written extensively on labor and employment law issues.

Mr. Duffy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Arizona State University in 1963, and earned his LL.B. from the University of Arizona in 1965. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1966, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America and all of the United States District Courts, Northern and Southern Divisions.
