Mr. Byron J. Bahr – Partner

Byron J. Bahr specializes in general business litigation. Since joining the firm in 1987 as a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Department, he has represented a broad variety of clients in many areas of litigation. Mr. Bahr’s primary areas of practice include contract disputes, business and commercial torts, and a particular emphasis in defending automobile finance companies in consumers’ rights cases.

Mr. Bahr’s experience in the litigation process has run the gamut from conducting discovery to conducting trials, engaging in extensive motion practice, conducting arbitrations and, in particular, resolving multi-party litigation through the use of mediation.

Mr. Bahr received his B.S. from California State University at Chico, graduating Cum Laude in 1984. He earned his law degree at the University of California at Davis in 1987. Mr. Bahr was admitted to the California Bar in 1987 and is also admitted to practice before various Federal Courts.
