Mr. Wilson Yurek

Wilson Yurek joined Cooksey, Toolen, Gage, Duffy & Woog in 1999. He is a member of the construction defect group. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of residential developers and general contractors. Mr. Yurek also represents clients in litigation involving real estate, insurance coverage and personal injury.

Mr. Yurek was born in Annapolis, Maryland and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University in 1990. He received a Juris Doctorate from Western State University in 1997, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Writing. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997 and is a member of the Bar of the Central District of California. Mr. Yurek was admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 2001.
