Ms. Jennifer H. Wang
Jennifer H. Wang practices within the firm’s creditors’ rights/bankruptcy group representing personal property creditors in both federal and state court actions. Ms. Wang’s duties include obtaining relief from the automatic stay, negotiating adequate protection orders, objecting to debtor’s plans, opposing motions to redeem, opposing claim objections, filing proof of claims, and preparing various motions and pleadings in order to protect secured creditors’ interests. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Wang worked in the area of corporate tax law at a Fortune 500 company.
Ms. Wang received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon in 2004, and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, with minors in Asian American Studies and Business and Administration Specialization, from the University of California Los Angeles in 2000.
Ms. Wang was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2006. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and served as a Board Member of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association in 2007. She is admitted to practice before the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.
